What are the responsibilities and job description for the LNA / PCA - Resident Care Harbor position at Benchmark Senior Living?
We are looking for a compassionate PCA / LNA to join our team! As a Certified Personal Care Assistant or Licensed Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. Sign on Bonus $500.00
If you don't have your Personal Care Assistant Certificate we will pay for your course.
PCA / LNA Duties & Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
Valid PCA / LNA license required
Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
