About The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Sales & Revenue Management Analyst to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. In this critical role, you’ll lead revenue management analytics, collaborate with sales and operations teams, and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize pricing and revenue strategies across our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Management: Manage annual rate increases, recommend monthly pricing strategies, and analyze factors like renovation status and vacancy length to optimize pricing.
- Competitive Research: Collaborate with the VP of Sales on competitive analysis and pricing strategies using market data and competitor insights.
- Sales Reporting: Create PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings, support conference content, and enhance sales tools and analytics.
- Data Management: Partner with Sales & Marketing to analyze CRM and marketing data, improving data accuracy and sales insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, revenue management, or analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and data analysis tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Knowledge of the senior housing or hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
