- Design and implement seven-day-a-week activity programs for all residents

- Support independent program pursuits and direct programming associates
- Promote senior-focused care and understanding
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in aging and disability issues
- Leadership experience and ability to develop elder-focused programs
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
