We're looking for Occupational Therapist Assistants to provide a "Focused Rehab" experience with our patients in their home and / or assisted living building.
Responsibilities:
The OTA is responsible for providing occupational therapy treatments, completing related documentation, and coordinating with other treating professions to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio OTA License
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
