Responsibilities include: providing customer service to patients both in-person and over the phone, front desk support, schedule management, cash handling and daily reconciliation, chart preparation, insurance verification, and patient registration.
Qualifications:
- Previous work in a medical setting, preferred
- Pervious customer service experience
- Comfort using Office 365 and other computer-based systems
- High School diploma or equivalent
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 36-40 hours/week.
Wage is determined based on experience. Entry rate is $18.50/hour
