What We are Looking For :
We are looking to hire a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our Apartment buildings in Hoffman Estates .
Here are some things that will make you successful :
- Bachelor degree or some college
- 2 years of Apartment Property Management experience
- CPM or related certification is preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Strong customer service / people / team-building skills
- Ability to manage and direct others
- Ability to execute new ideas
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to exude calm and confidence in occasionally stressful and high energy situations
- Entrepreneurial and business growth-oriented outlook and approach
What you will be doing :
As a Community Manager, you will oversee property operations, ensuring that the maintenance and leasing teams effectively complete their tasks. In this role, you'll also serve as the primary point of contact for residents, working to create positive experiences and foster a welcoming community
