What We are Looking For :
Bender Companies is looking for an experienced real estate professional to join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor. Ideal candidates should be hard-working, reliable, honest, and excited to join the team. Organizational and maintenance skills are required. Candidates must also be self-motivated and be able to take direction well.
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $32-$34 per hour
Schedule :
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed

What you will be doing :
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you"ll take the lead in managing our property"s maintenance team. You"ll be responsible for planning and overseeing the completion of work orders, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently. This role combines administrative support with hands-on involvement, allowing you to actively contribute to the team"s success while overseeing operations
