Principle Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyze, administer, and audit commercial leases for accuracy, responsibilities of tenant and company regarding lease terms, renewals, critical dates, rent, common area maintenance, percentage rent, maintenance expenses etc.
- Work closely with Legal, Leasing, Accounting, Property Management, Construction Accounting, and Insurance to ensure compliance with lease terms.
- Abstract and update MRI system with lease terms and related documents.
- Investigate discrepancies and responsibilities of the lease terms with tenants internally as well as provide reports and rent rolls for executive team.
Qualifications
Pay Range : $60,500 - $75,000 Annually
Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable
experience and skillset of the candidate
