What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success and Contracting Support Manager position at Benecard Services Inc.?
Under the direction of the Assistant VP - Client Success and Operations, this position will drive and is accountable for oversight, central documentation, and tracking metrics for the Client Success team and Contracting Departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contracting:
- Draft new client contracts, renewals, and amendments.
- Maintaining and updating the contracting database.
- Support the Implementation and management of the Contract Lifecycle in Salesforce.
- Ensuring Contract Compliance and Accuracy.
- Facilitate Internal Meetings to review all client contracts and amendments ensuring the operations teams understands the requirements for implementations and plan changes.
Client Success:
- Support Central Documentation and Training Initiatives and Tracking.
- Facilitate Client Communication and Managing Marketing Requests.
- Performing data analytics and identifying trends related to client behavior and satisfaction.
- Providing Salesforce Support
- Generate Cognos reports as requested.
- Perform and document monthly quality checks on client responses to ensure they meet the companies quality standards.
- Work with other departments to ensure the client support team is up to speed with processes and procedures.
- QA Checks on Client Decks and other Client Communications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Contract drafting, editing, and reviewing experience preferred.
- Excellence in the Microsoft Suite of products and FoxitPDF.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry required.
- Ability to multi-task and use various systems efficiently and excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent degree.
