Key Responsibilities:
New hires
- Input demographic information for new hires into EASE and AgencySmart platforms
- Distribute login details and track progress within the EASE portal
- Facilitate enrollment by submitting completed elections to the appropriate platforms
- Provide enrollment summaries to plan administrators and HR liaisons
- Record terminations in EASE and AgencySmart
- Process terminations using the designated method (i.e., carrier portals or emailed requests)
- Track underwriting activities in FormFire
- Assist in creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for insurers and benefit service providers
- Oversee updates in EASE regarding employee progress
- Prepare census data and employee deduction reports for payroll administrators
- Update and manage rates and enrollment figures for each benefit plan in the EASE portal
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with both phone and in-person interactions
- Adept at quickly learning new technologies, including relational databases and web-based platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong multitasking abilities and staying organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 20 - 25 hours/week
