- Plan and oversee maintenance projects, including budgeting, negotiations, and store renovations.
- Provide 24 / 7 emergency response with a shared team coverage system.
- Select and manage service providers to boost service quality and efficiency.
- Enforce strict maintenance and quality control through inspections and clear communication.
