Job Description

Core Responsibilities :

Maintain up to 8 retail locations, ensuring HVAC, refrigeration, and facility equipment run smoothly.
Conduct site checks and collaborate with store leaders to uphold quality standards.
Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy in maintenance costs.
Plan and oversee maintenance projects, including budgeting, negotiations, and store renovations.
Provide 24 / 7 emergency response with a shared team coverage system.
Select and manage service providers to boost service quality and efficiency.
Enforce strict maintenance and quality control through inspections and clear communication.

Additional Responsibilities :

Handle maintenance requests using platforms like Accruent, Facilio, and Service Channel.

Analyze facilities data to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.

Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

Associate degree or significant experience in facilities management, HVAC, refrigeration, or food service equipment.

Strong communication skills for working with technical teams and store management.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex projects.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Teams, and database management, with experience analyzing facilities data.
