As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for translating the client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. This position requires a self-motivated, customer-focused professional with strong follow-through who consistently keeps commitments to customers and fellow associates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and document meetings with senior associate
- Ability to validate and analyze complex data as needed
- Conduct analysis and troubleshooting tasks
- Understanding of platform configurations
- Support senior consultants where needed
- Operates effectively within the project timelines/SLAs in order to meet and / or exceed expectations and business drivers
- Assist with platform product overviews, trainings, and implementation project meetings
- Learn and adopt Implementation Processes, using both available documentation and mentor-led instruction
- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues relating to the platform.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- BS/BA Degree preferred
- 1-2 years experience
- Benefits admin experience a plus
- Knowledge of data exchange STEM education or aptitude
- Drive for data accuracy and completeness
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills
