About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Manager to join our team at benefitsone. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their employee benefit needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with employee benefits administration, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Coordinate annual renewals and open enrollment processes.
- Organize client presentations and employee education/enrollment meetings.
- Implement benefits plans, including case submission, preparation of employee materials, and plan enrollment.
- Assess client needs and identify opportunities to increase sales of agency services.
- Keep clients informed about market conditions and benefit regulation changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Louisiana Life and Health Insurance license required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Agency management system experience a plus.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
