We are looking for a dynamic individual to expand our team and become a tenured member of a well-established Employee Benefits Enrollment Software Company based in Orange Park, FL. Our company is built around a robust technology platform and delivery of personalized service. As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to provide effective customer service support to our clients by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company solutions and services. This is not a sales role and will not require travel to client locations, however our Account Management team is responsible for demonstrating a sense of urgency, initiative, responsiveness, while being a key player in effectively carrying out our Service Model.

- Working knowledge of general insurance terminology and familiarity with common software-related terms and concepts is highly desired.
Responsibilities:
- Process client open enrollment system set-up and back-office functions.
- Ensure data accuracy of group enrollment and ongoing client business changes as necessary.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and notes.
- Keep informed about industry information, technology and trends.
- Work effectively with other teams internally and externally to accomplish business matters.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and clients.
- Coordinate, manage and attend client meetings as needed virtually and telephonically.
- Develop and execute system training sessions with clients as needed virtually, telephonically or by means of written correspondence.
- Work with clients as needed to audit reports and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope.
- Make recommendations to enhance process efficiency and participate in team projects as needed.
- Keep management fully informed of all important activities on client accounts and any escalated items.
- Communicate to our clients “Our Value-Added Strengths and Service Model”.
Qualifications:
- Recent experience with Benefit Enrollment and Administration systems (1-4 years Preferred)
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit an enthusiastic attitude and be receptive to new or changing circumstances.
- Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn and adapt to technology and work processes.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Comfortable and professional in meetings over platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Webex etc.
- Working knowledge of insurance industry and employee benefits is a plus.
- 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuities Agent license preferred.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
