Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and have experience in both direct sales and account management. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term relationships with customers. (Under New Management)
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Engage in business development activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
Experience
- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably but not needed.
- Strong background in account management with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
