Chief Operating Officer- COO
Primary Location : Surprise, AZ (Relocation not provided)
Range of Pay : $141,608.00-$168,024.00 (Dependent upon experience & education), Salary / Exempt position
Work Hours : FT40 hrs per week Monday-Friday.
What will you be doing? - The Chief Operating Officer provides leadership and oversees the business operations and reports to the President / CEO. The COO ensures Benevilla has effective operational and financial procedures in place. Monitor internal processes and identify and employ the most efficient methods of running the organization. Supervise the organization’s administration offices and the operation of programs and facilities.
What qualifications do you need?-
- Bachelor’s degree in a field of study related to financial and operational management required.
- CPA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years demonstrated senior level experience managing financial and operational functions, preferably in a nonprofit organization in a health care or housing development setting.
- Preferred knowledge of 501(c)(3) accounting principles and sound financial management experience.
