Job Description : The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for overseeing the company's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Working closely with the CEO and other executive team members, the COO will implement strategies to optimize operational processes, manage resources, and drive the company's growth objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Operational Strategy and Execution :
o Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
o Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
o Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
- Team Leadership and Development :
o Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and managers to ensure a cohesive and motivated team.
o Foster a company culture that encourages high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
o Collaborate with the finance department to develop budgets and monitor financial performance.
o Ensure that the company operates within the approved budget and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
o Support the CEO in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
o Build and maintain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
o Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
o Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving organizational growth.

Base Pay range : $140,000 - $200,000 (DOE)
