This entails both project management, administrative & general support, and ad hoc issue management and reporting. This role will roll up under the Finance and Analytics group, with a direct support line to the VP of Finance. Travel required will be minimal, up to 10% of time.

The Product Owner, Data Governance and Reporting is responsible for providing direct support to one of the two Operations presidents. Responsibilities
- Own standardized reporting across the company including KPI definitions
- Act as a single point of contact for standardizing reporting and be fully responsible for the prioritization of requests
- Become a subject matter expert on the firm’s data and use this expertise to assist leadership with decision making through data insights
- Stand up an offshore analytics team to help with both PBI and Excel reporting
- Partner with the executive leadership to identify and fill reporting gaps associated with operations, revenue cycle management, and other support services.
- Leverage PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to expand reporting and to find efficiencies in the distribution of information
- Leadership: Be able to develop and grow a team that is comprised of both on shore and offshore resources while helping the team to expand their skill set and maintain deadlines and expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree from 4-year College or University; a focus on IT, Finance, or Engineering
- 10-15 years experience within a business acting as the owner of the reporting process and development while managing resources both on and off shore .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel is required
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI and SQL are a must

Salary : $132,000 - $191,400
