We have JUST the opportunity for you.We are actively seeking a Director,  Data Governance and Reporting to join our Support Services Team.  Support our mission to providing excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences.  Join a team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patientsThe Director, Data Governance and Reporting is responsible for providing direct support to one of the two Operations presidents. This entails both project management, administrative & general support, and ad hoc issue management and reporting. This role will roll up under the Finance and Analytics group, with a direct support line to the VP of Finance. Travel required will be minimal, up to 10% of time. Responsibilities Own standardized reporting across the company including KPI definitionsAct as a single point of contact for standardizing reporting and be fully responsible for the prioritization of requests Become a subject matter expert on the firm’s data and use this expertise to assist leadership with decision making through data insightsStand up an offshore analytics team to help with both PBI and Excel reportingPartner with the executive leadership to identify and fill reporting gaps associated with operations, revenue cycle management, and other support services.
