Candidate Core Requirements:
- Experience – 3-5 years experience in an internal position within home care or home health
- Knowledge- Strong understanding of scheduling, recruitment, care planning, and business development
- Education – College degree preferred, but not required. On-The-Job and Life Experience also provides a great foundation
- Licensed RN, preferred
- Skills – Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn
