Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Engage with prospective clients via phone to understand their unique needs and recommend the best health insurance solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships by providing personalized, ongoing support.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on the latest health plan offerings and industry trends to deliver informed advice on both private and public options.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent, proactive follow-up to close sales and ensure client satisfaction after enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred.
- Background in sales, hospitality, or service industries is a major PLUS.
- Comfortable learning CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to succeed.
