What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator position at Benjamin Franklin Classical Charter Public School?
The role of the Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator is to support and develop the math instruction as well as other instructional areas throughout the K-8 school. The Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator works one-on-one and in groups with teachers, providing guidance, training, professional development, and other resources as needed. Through observation, targeted feedback, modeling, co-planning, co-teaching and debriefing, the Instructional Coach/Math Facilitator works with the teacher(s) to focus on strategies for engaging students and improving their learning.
This is a full-time position, school-year position and will require some days to be worked over the summer as well.
