THE SCHEDULE:
Join our team as a Sewer and Plumbing Advisor, where you'll enjoy a rewarding work-life balance with a schedule of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
YOUR ROLE:
As a Sewer and Plumbing Advisor, you warmly welcome each homeowner, ready to address their plumbing and sewer challenges. You adeptly assess their issues, providing customized solutions that align with their specific needs and budgetary considerations. In your role, you prioritize client education, outlining the complexities of their plumbing situations and detailing the various products and services offered by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to effectively address their concerns. You meticulously communicate project requirements to the installation team, ensuring a clear understanding between the client and the technical aspects of the work to be done. This approach transforms any anxiety into confidence, allowing homeowners to feel informed and supported in their pursuit of a safe and efficient home.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of the plumbing and sewer systems
- 3 years of experience in plumbing service and sales
- Organized
- Congenial personality
- Desire to help people
Although not required, having experience in excavation and the ability to talk with customers about significant investments in their homes is preferred.
