Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our branch. This role involves not only managing the branch but also playing a crucial part in training, developing, and retaining our team of service and installation technicians. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with passion and accountability, ensuring a culture of excellence within the team.
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, from staffing and training to compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Train, develop, and retain service and installation technicians to foster a high-performing team.
- Cultivate a positive and productive work environment that aligns with professional standards.
- Uphold our “white collar” image in the “blue collar” industry.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales and profit growth for the branch through effective management and strategic planning.
- Oversee the training of new technicians.
- Manage scheduling and performance reviews, ensuring technicians are meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Maintain branch equipment and inventory in a well-organized manner.
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine performance reviews and provide regular feedback to technicians to drive development.
- Actively manage and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with upper management to ensure adherence to company-wide objectives and initiatives.
