Position Overview: 8:00am-5:00pm
We’re looking for a versatile and ambitious individual to join us as an Office Administrator & Marketing Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves staying organized, and has a creative spark for driving online sales and building a brand. You’ll manage essential office operations, utilize multiple CRMs, and create engaging content to help grow our business. Must be SELF motivated and thrive in a fast pace enviroment. Looking for somebody who's creative and takes matters in there own hands.
Compensation: $60,000–$68,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration ( Works closely with the owner and sales team )
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries (phone, email, text) and provide outstanding service.
- Manage scheduling and ensure logical and efficient tracking routes based on local cities and towns.
- Handle quotes, invoices, and payment processes through multiple CRM platforms (Customer Factor, Go High Level, etc.).
- Stay on top of daily office operations, including record-keeping and reporting.
- Monitor and optimize scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize travel times for technicians.
- Adapt quickly to solve logistical challenges and improve operational efficiency.
Marketing & Online Sales
- Develop, post, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (photos, videos, stories, etc.).
- Respond to leads from online ads, social media, and the website, converting them into sales.
- Assist in managing online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive lead generation.
- Analyze and report on social media engagement and online sales performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that showcase our services.
