- Manage case files and maintain organized records for easy retrieval.
- Assist attorneys with data entry tasks and document management.
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings while coordinating attorney calendars.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
- Manage real estate closings
Experience
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation.
