What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Secretary/Paralegal position at Greenwald & Greenwald, LLP?
We are offering a full-time or part-time position for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal. This position will include drafting and revising Purchase and Sale Agreements and working directly with buyers, sellers, attorneys, lenders, and brokers in order to prepare and coordinate closings.
Job Duties Include:
- Preparing closing documents such as closing disclosure statements * Ordering municipal lien certificates, title examinations, mortgage payoffs and plot plans * Remitting closing packages and preparing title insurance policies * Working with our attorneys to prepare and modify Purchase and Sale Agreements
Desired Skills:
-Minimum 2 years of experience

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to schedule and coordinate a real estate transaction
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
