Position Summary:
As the Digital Ads Specialist for our Driver Recruiting Department at Bennett you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and attracting top talent to join our team of truck drivers.
Duties:
- Will be responsible for crafting compelling Ads and content.
- Will engage with our target audience across various digital media, job boards and social media platforms.
- Will implement strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified owner operators and company drivers for The Bennett Family of Companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Digital Ad Placement, Social Media content creation.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
