What You Will Do :
We have an opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Nashville team and lead the design of structural elements and systems for a variety of projects. These include manufacturing and distribution facilities, data centers, commercial properties, towers, signs, historical preservation efforts, adaptive reuse, and renovations. This role focuses on the Telecom sector, requiring deep expertise in telecom-related structural systems and projects. You’ll manage the entire project lifecycle, mentor team members, and contribute to our culture of innovation while ensuring the highest quality standards. The position offers a mix of field and office work, with opportunities for site visits and client relationship management. This is an exciting role for a self-motivated, client-focused professional looking to thrive in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the design and delivery of structural systems for various project types, with a focus on telecom sector initiatives.
- Serve as the primary client contact, attending meetings with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
- Oversee and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality work.
- Conduct design calculations, review shop drawings, perform site inspections, and prepare RFIs to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality, on-time results while managing multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
