Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of family law and be able to assist the partner in preparing cases for trial.
Responsibilities
- Litigation in all areas of divorce, support, child custody, and PFAs.
- Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Prepare for court hearings by compiling necessary documents and evidence.
- Negotiate settlements under the supervision of attorneys when appropriate.
- Stay informed about changes in family law regulations and practices.
