Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Law Attorney located in New Kensington, PA willing to handle cases in most of western PA. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence. Day-to-day tasks will involve representing clients in court, preparing and drafting legal documents such as motions and pleadings, conducting depositions and legal research, and advising clients on legal issues and their rights. The attorney will also collaborate with other legal professionals on case strategy and management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Family Law and handling various Family Legal Issues
- Experience with drafting and filing Motions and other legal documents
- Skilled in Depositions and conducting legal research
- Strong understanding of general Law principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior family law experience required (3 years)
