What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Quality Assurance Inspector position at Bennington Properties LLC?
We are looking for a full time, year round** Quality Assurance Inspector to support our hard working housekeepers. This position inspects and touches up our vacation homes after they have been cleaned and ensures that each house is clean and ready to our standards for guest and homeowner arrival.
It is requirement that this position have experience cleaning vacation rentals, however, if you do not have experience, we will start you in housekeeping for 4-6 weeks and once you have proven yourself capable of cleaning to standard, we'll train you as a Quality Assurance Inspector.
This is a very physically demanding position; you'll be sweating every day. You will be using your own vehicle to get from home to home so you must have reliable transportion (able to handle all weather) and a valid driver's license and insurance. You must also be able to pass a drug screen (testing positive for cannabis is not an automatic disqualifier, but testing for other drugs are) and a background check (a criminal record is not an automatic disqualifer, unless it involves a violent crime and/or theft).
** Your pay for this position will fluctuate based on how busy we are. So you will make more money during the summer and less during the winter. Overall you will be paid very well AND the seasonality of the pay will require you to budget what you make during the busy times to cover you during the slower times.
