Position Information: Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician Seasonal
Our Maintenance Technicians are on the front lines of living out Ho'okipa Hospitality with our Guests. Day-to-day, our VR Maintenance Techs are our go-to "Handymen/women" who ensure each of our 250 vacation homes stay in excellent condition.
To be successful in this position, you should be "handy" around the home, understand basic home maintenance, love working with your hands and figuring mechanical related things out, love working in a fast paced/high stress environments, enjoy working with people of all personality types (including the grumpy ones), be able to handle many things coming at you at once and be able to quickly prioritize where to focus your time and energy. The ideal candidate will also love to grow personally and professionaly and be willing to put in the time and effort to constantly be improving their skill level. If you think you know it all or can "do this job in your sleep," you aren't a good fit for us. We want the experience and knowledge, just without the attitude.
