Vacation Rental Inspector

iTrip Vacations Northwest is a locally owned vacation property management company, servicing a two-hour radius from Mount Hood to Lincoln City and throughout Central Oregon. We manage vacation properties listed on popular platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and others.

We are seeking highly detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Vacation Rental Property Inspector in the Redmond area. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting final inspections of vacation homes before guest arrival. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the home has been thoroughly cleaned, prepared, and staged according to iTrip's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed property inspections before guest check-in.
Verify that the cleaning team has met iTrip's quality standards, ensuring the home is spotless, well-stocked, and guest-ready.
Ensure proper staging of the property, including checking amenities, linens, and general appearance.
Report any issues or discrepancies to management for resolution.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning best practices.
Experience in vacation rental property management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Please note the following important details:
Inspections take place in Redmond or the immediate surrounding area.
Inspectors are required to have reliable transportation.
Inspections must be completed within 24 hours of checkout, often same-day as needs arise, and may take place any day of the week.

*$20.00 paid per inspection
