We are looking for a Summer Front Desk Client Represenative who is a great communicator, organized, driven, and enjoys building relationships with customers and teammates. This person will be responsible for completing office and administrative tasks, communicating with guests and homeowners in our office, and answering phone calls. Must have reliable transportation as tasks may include making deliveries throughout Sunriver (with mileage reimbursed).
We are in the hospitality business which is fast paced and a ton of fun. Here a few unique requirements :
- We work weekends. We work hard to make sure you have a consistent schedule with 2 days off in a row.
- We work together in our office. This position will be located at our office in Sunriver.
