Essential Job Functions
- Ability to lead the team and provide back-up to group leader
- Process UPS shipments, freight bill of lading (BOL), and no-charge invoices
- Read orders to be certain that parts pulled and packed for shipment are correct
- Identify correct parts if order is incorrect
- Pack parts for UPS shipment or truck freight
- Measure and weigh shipments
- Organize part stock
- Move materials with forklift when necessary
- Strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of boat parts
- Able to read tape measure and scale
