The eSports Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for optimizing strategic marketing content, digital marketing planning and execution, data analysis, social media management, and supporting operations. The focus is on the target audience and customer engagement, which extends to event organizers, LAN centers, and other businesses.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute esports product go-to-market campaigns, covering each touchpoint from awareness consideration to conversion with consumers
- Assist in planning, creating, publishing, and sharing new content daily that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, encourages community members to engage with the brand, boosts UGC
- Responsible for meticulously planning and coordinating all digital marketing activities according to a structured calendar
- Scheduling and organizing campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives across various digital channels such as email, social media, and online advertising platforms
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
- Optimization includes copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Collect and analyze data using Google Analytics 4 to identify trends and insights related to digital marketing campaigns on the website, including email marketing, CPC ads, organic search, and social media
- Optimize digital campaigns, contents, e-blasts, ads, etc., based on data analysis insights to drive even better results
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in product marketing or social media/ digital marketing
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and ability to organize, track, and analyze data per campaign
- Prior experience with on-site operations of events
- Knowledge of the overall PC & Console esports market & related products & games
- Active player of current FPS eSports titles (Valorant, CS2, COD )
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently in a changing environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Education:
- Bachelors degree required: Business, Marketing and Communications, or related field preferred
Compensation:
- Based on experience, we offer a competitive base salary plus bonus
