We are hiring a logistics specialist to support the Reverse Logistics functions and aid the Logistics Outbound team in day-to-day tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process inbound returns to our 3PL warehouses from returned orders and RMAs.
- Process replacement orders for lost and damaged shipments.
- File claims for lost and damaged shipments with the carrier and/or warehouse. Thoroughly track/update each case.
- Schedule freight pickups/create return labels for customers to return products.
- Correspond with 3PL representatives to ensure orders and inventory are correctly processed.
- Create RMA tickets with our Service Centers to receive damaged and defective products.
- Respond to inquiries from different departments regarding shipments and order statuses.
- Troubleshoot order and shipment issues to find the solution.
- Assist Logistics Outbound with staging orders in the Oracle system and routing with selected carriers.
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Reverse Logistics experience
- Outbound Logistics experience
- Claims processing knowledge
- Warehouse operations knowledge
- Inventory Control experience a plus
- Excellent time management, analytical, and organizational skills; strong attention to detail
- Relationship builder with effective oral and written communication
- Strong team player who collaborated well with others to solve problems
- Flexibility and Adaptability
- Proficient business software skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, Oracle)
- Skilled in cross-referencing across multiple databases to find information
Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, transportation, logistics, business or related field
Compensation:
Non-exempt/Hourly Bonus: Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
