Immediate Opening : HR Administrative / Recruiting Representative
Administrative Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule appointments for new hire onboarding
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system for personnel records
- Update and maintain job descriptions and procedures
- Order job fair supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain excel spreadsheets
- Provide general support to employees
