We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine, CA.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing comprehensive administrative support and project management for our legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives and team members.
- Manage and coordinate various projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of legal documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, with advanced expertise in Excel.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exquisite attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Proven experience in project management is strongly preferred.
- Experience as a legal administrative assistant or in a legal environment is a plus.
