This leader will be an innovative, creative and organized leader who will focus on all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from pre-candidacy through the entire employee life cycle, driving a differentiated experience. Both strategic and operational, this role will provide leadership across critical HR operational functions ensuring a highly effective and efficient experience including, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HRIS Operations and HR Compliance. This leader will enhance or build processes that are efficient, impactful and scalable.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • 15 years’ experience, across a broad range of HR disciplines / functions (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development and Employee Engagement)
  • Substantive experience in the Biotech industry
  • Proven success in scaling HR operations in a rapidly growing and expanding organization
  • Successful experience building and executing HR programs across a company
  • Inspiring and intelligent leader with high EQ, courage and conviction; understands what motivates people and builds an engaged, inclusive, high-performing team
  • Proven experience leading business and organizational transformations, developing and implementing large scale projects and change initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills and program management capability are required.
