- VP of People Operations** Our client is seeking a mission-driven and innovative Vice President of People Operations to lead their human resources and training department, driving organizational culture, compliance, and professional development initiatives. As part of the senior leadership team, you will oversee recruitment, retention strategies, onboarding, employee relations, risk management, and the optimization of HR systems to support our dedicated staff. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on leadership as you inspire employees, streamline operations, measure key performance indicators, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. (Boston, Hybrid, up to $160K)
- Bachelor’s degree, required
- HR Certifications, preferred
- 8-10 years of Human Resources experience, 5 years of prior management experience, proficiency in coaching/counseling
- Prior experience in non-profit, strongly preferred
- Mission-driven and self-directed individual
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
