POSTION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator I to join our team in supporting clients and internal team. This is an entry level position that will positively engage with customers on behalf of the company to provide excellent customer service including answering in-bound calls, online chat inquiries, online store navigation assistance, basic orders, and other client needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering in-bound calls and providing order status, return assistance, online store navigation assistance, or routing to appropriate team member.
- Monitors and assists with online chat inquiries.
- Assisting clients via email and phone with online store password information and resets.
- Assists and processes online orders as needed.
- Placing and proofing exact reprint orders, jobs which are exact duplicates of previous orders to be sent to client.
- Processes basic, clearly defined, property level orders as assigned.
- Monitors apparel returns reported by the apparel department, process returns and submit to accounting for credit.
- Maintaining knowledge about company products and services to best help customers and make recommendation when needed.
- Utilize the internal store processing system to request updates to client records and log in credentials. This includes new user credentials, adding client properties, property dispositions, and change of client information)
- Request and approve client online store product uploads and modifications via the internal store.
- Administratively assists with labor law orders and verifying accurate property renewals.
- Update online orders with revised shipping address, billing address, or contact name as instructed by the client on smart store orders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to analyze situations, determine what needs to be done and apply problem solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of operational technologies and project management systems, knowledge of PACE/EFI or other print management systems a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and good attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel spreadsheet development and management.
- Attention to details and deadlines ensuring effective task management.
- Capable of working independently and quickly grasping business processes and procedures.
- Able to meet company’s high quality control standards and be accountable for performance.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Marketing.
- Equivalent experience considered.
Work:
- 0-2 years customer service experience or sales support
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Working at a computer and sitting for long periods of time. (sitting, talking, hearing).
