This is a Per diem position at Bensonhurst Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare located in Brooklyn, NY.
Job Type : Per diem ( Tuesday and Wednesday 12pm-8pm)
- Supervises employees engaged in serving food to residents, maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment.
- Assigns and coordinates work of employees to promote efficiency of operations.
- Supervises serving of meals.
- Inspects kitchen and dining areas, kitchen utensils, and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met.
- May direct preparation of foods and beverages
- Must be able to work as a team member
