Position Responsibilities
- Responsible for the personnel recruitment process including the creation of job advertisements, coordination / conduction of interviews and final selection of candidates in cooperation with functional department, contract negotiations
- Supports local personnel marketing activities
- Acts as contact person for internal (supervisors and employees) and external requests concerning HR related issues
- Implements in cooperation with function department personnel measures / initiatives according to internal regulations
- Analyzes of educational / training requirements based on appraisal and assessment interviews and derives training suggestions
- Coordinates trainings and workshops including relevant briefings / discussions with external and internal trainers
- Compiles regular KPI reports and derives measures
- Participates in / leads local HR projects
- Supports the continuous optimization of processes and programs
- Completes administrative tasks (such as updating / maintaining personnel files, writes references / testimonials)
- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.
