Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with transportation options
- Assist the Service Manager in coordinating daily operations of the service department
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments, repairs, and handle administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records for all service transactions provided
- Provide exceptional customer service aligning with Bentley Denver’s high standards of service and luxury.
- Ensure vehicles are properly staged for service appointments and deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and client waiting area
- Handle minor customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently otherwise bring to management’s attention.
- Safely transport luxury vehicles within the dealership, service area, parking facilities and public roadways
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a luxury or high-end brand, is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on providing an exceptional experience
- Ability to operate high performance and exotic vehicles with care
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fast pace team-oriented environment
- Experience with service software systems (e.g.,Tekion, VW Group GRP Experience) is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
