About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Bentley Sales Consultant / Brand Ambassador to join our dealership. If you have 5 years of proven success in luxury automotive sales, or a related luxury industry, and have worked with high-net-worth individuals, we want to hear from you. This role is for top-tier performers who thrive in high-end sales environments and are committed to delivering exceptional, personalized experiences to our clients.
As a Bentley Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our dealership, representing the legendary Bentley brand. Your mission is to deliver superior customer service, engage with clients to understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process with professionalism, expertise, and passion for luxury automobiles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Proactively engage with clients to understand their unique needs, delivering tailored, unforgettable customer experiences that foster long-term loyalty.
· Expert Knowledge: Be the authoritative expert on Bentley vehicles and pre-owned luxury vehicles, confidently showcasing the luxury, performance, and innovative features of our cars.
· Sales Excellence: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, utilizing your strong negotiation skills and closing strategies.
· Customer Service: Provide exceptional after-sales support and respond promptly to client inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
· Product Demonstrations & Test Drives: Conduct dynamic test drives and product demonstrations, highlighting the superior qualities of Bentley vehicles.
· Negotiation & Closing Deals: Handle negotiations with professionalism, ensuring both client satisfaction and business success.
· Team Collaboration: Work with a team of like-minded professionals to ensure a supportive and positive sales environment.
· Inventory Management: Maintain a keen understanding of inventory, including both new and pre-owned luxury vehicles, and ensure online inventory is up to date.
· Lead Prospecting & Networking: Engage in prospecting efforts, build a strong book of business contacts, and attend events to grow brand awareness and sales.
· F&I Sales: Support the finance and insurance (F&I) process to ensure smooth transactions for clients.
Key Qualifications & Requirements:
· 5 years of luxury automotive sales experience (preferably with Bentley or another ultra-luxury brand).
· Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and providing outstanding customer service in a high-end setting.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to foster relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Expertise in luxury automobiles and in-car technology.
· Professional demeanor and appearance that reflects the prestige of the Bentley brand.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and business productivity tools.
· In-depth knowledge of finance options and ability to present pricing and financing solutions effectively.
· Self-starter with a strong work ethic, dedication to excellence, and a passion for continuous personal growth.
· Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules.
· Willingness to travel for training opportunities (both domestic and international).

· Schedule: Full-time, 8-10 hour shifts
