Arte Hospitality Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our talented Shared-Services Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to showcase two distinct properties within South Florida, The Bentley Hotel South Beach and Kaskades Hotel South Beach.
PURPOSE : The Digital Marketing Manager establishes brand and channel preference, generates revenue, and executes data-driven strategies for The Bentley Hotel South Beach and Kaskades Hotel South Beach. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the partners of the company to execute strategies in sales and digital marketing, social media, content development, and online reputation management, and measures success through outcomes supported by analytics and reporting.
Sales
Lead Central Reservation Strategies
Lead Website Sales Strategies
Ability to advertize and strategize events on rooftop
Ability to develop a concierge plan to be implemented by the manager
Social Media
Proven track record for driving hotel, restaurant and food & beverage sales via paid social media, Google and digital marketing tactics.
Works closely with each department at each Hotel to identify and produce social media content opportunities
Monitors social media conversations relevant to the Hotel, luxury travel industry, and local market
Ability to manage social media advertising strategies , effectively planning, optimizing and reporting to meet hotel needs.
Leverages social media channels to amplify key messages and support organic search through strategic and creative communication
Be the sounding board and resource regarding social media marketing in the hotel and travel space
Digital Marketing
Leverages Google Travel Insights and Google Hotel Insights, reporting on opportunities.
Ability to plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns including Google search and display ads, Amazon ads, SEO and retargeting ads.
Ability to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns to create benchmarks for success, identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Ability to collaborate internally, with outside agencies and/or with other vendor partners to create landing pages and optimize user experience, ensuring that strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
Ability to evaluate strategy is in alignment with Hotel and Restaurant objectives, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs,) resolving when strategies aren’t working, or the situations change and adjusting quarterly goals.
Ability to draft and manage e-blasts via platforms like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Emma, Revinate, etc.
Constantly brainstorming new and creative growth strategies, identifying and evaluating emerging technologies to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising.
Ability to attend and lead manager meetings as appropriate to assess the progress of the digital campaign, propose new advertising opportunities and educate clients as needed.
Manages online reputation, including monitoring , keeping track of public attitudes and organizing responses across hotel and restaurant related platforms
Ability to manage and understand data collected from OTAs and implement on direct sales
Keen attention to detail - ads and emails are error-free and gorgeous.
Public Relations and Communications
Partners with operations team to promote guest data capture, and online guest reviews
Conduct a digital benchmark on a regular basis with key competitors (local, national, international) and in the luxury space (retail, travel) to determine opportunities to improve our content and solutions
Assists in design of promotional materials including print, digital, advertising assets and other collateral ( as needed )
Assists the Public Relations team with the creation of unique experiences and local partnerships ( as needed )
Assists with the production and coordination of photo and video shoots ( as needed )
Education: College education required.
3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency and working with hotel, restaurant and food & beverage brands.
Previous digital marketing experience, and hospitality and sales experience preferred.
Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world.
Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
Photography and video skills and an eye for aesthetic
Attention to detail and organization.
Influencer relations experience.
Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors.
Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
