POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Bentley Sales Enablement Team and reporting to the Director, Sales Communications & Enablement, the Sales Enablement Manager will build world-class sales education and enablement offerings for Account Advancement (AA), with the specific objective of ensuring that Bentley’s quota carriers confidently, consistently, and effectively communicate value and vision to prospects and users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and deliver enablement offerings (e.g., learning modules, knowledge checks, playbooks, and FAQs) to support quota carriers; support verification and validation to ensure quota carrier comprehension.
- Establish program objectives, success metrics, and milestones.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to first understand and subsequently translate knowledge into effective learning experiences for AA colleagues.
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Product teams to build and deliver world-class learning and training experiences for AA colleagues.
- Partner with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure that quota carriers are equipped to focus on AA’s strategic product and industry priorities.
- Build learning experiences that are delivered just-in-time and that deepen quota carrier knowledge of the industry, user requirements, and solution selling.
- Capture executive- and colleague-level feedback on enablement programs to identify and address process improvement opportunities over time; measure the success and impact of enablement offerings as related to outcomes and objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of sales enablement experience at a software company.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- Experience building trusted relationships across organizations, including colleagues, partners, managers, and executives.
- Ability to work independently, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technology products, processes, and implementations.
- A capacity for understanding and mastering a multitude of enablement topics.
- Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
- This role may require infrequent travel to a Bentley office location post COVID.
