PM Technician/Mechanic Abilities:
- Someone with Mechanical Aptitude with history of diesel/automotive maintenance and repair.
- Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions completely.
- Excellent attendance history.
- Someone who follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
- Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
- Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
- Ability to improve efficiency as you get used to the assignments provided.
PM Mechanic/Technician Responsibilities:
- Keep track of parts used.
- Document work performed.
- Wear personal protective equipment as required.
- Perform repairs when approved by management team.
- Work in a safe manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, by following company checklists.
- Typical repairs / maintenance will be Oil and Filter changes, tire repair / replacement, brakes, lights, etc.
Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude

- Must be an independent worker
- Ability to work Safe
- Lift 50 lbs often, 75lbs occasionally
- Ability to stoop, kneel, climb.
